Activlab Pharma ColoNormax Extra is an apple-flavoured dietary supplement containing psyllium husk (Plantago ovata), chicory inulin and probiotic bacteria. Its fibre-rich formula is designed to complement the daily diet and support regular bowel movements and normal intestinal function.
Mix 1 teaspoon (5 g) with half a glass of water and drink an additional portion of water or another liquid. The manufacturer recommends 1 teaspoon twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving and maintain adequate fluid intake.
Psyllium husk is a source of dietary fibre commonly used to support bowel regularity. Inulin is a prebiotic dietary fibre, while the formula also provides Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis probiotic bacteria.
