We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all eligible products purchased from Pharmacy Plus. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. The item(s) must be in resalable condition. The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order, and proof of purchase such as the order number or receipt must be provided.

Return Process

To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact our customer support team to request a return authorization and provide details about the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the items. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, include any accessories or documentation, and ship them back using a trackable method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Medicines, vitamins, and food supplements are not eligible for return or refund due to Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, in accordance with MOH Circular No. (2) of year 2012.
