Advil Cold & Sinus Tabs combine two active ingredientsâibuprofen and pseudoephedrine hydrochlorideâto provide effective relief from symptoms associated with the common cold, sinusitis, or flu. These symptoms include blocked nose, headache, fever, body aches, and sinus pressure.
