Leqvio 284 mg/1.5 ml is a prescription lipid-lowering medicine containing inclisiran. It is used in adults with primary hypercholesterolaemia or mixed dyslipidaemia as an adjunct to diet, either alongside other lipid-lowering treatment or in appropriate patients who cannot use statins.

Inclisiran is a small interfering RNA (siRNA) medicine that reduces production of PCSK9 in the liver. Reduced PCSK9 increases LDL receptor availability, helping lower circulating LDL cholesterol levels.
Each pre-filled syringe contains Inclisiran Sodium equivalent to 284 mg Inclisiran in 1.5 ml solution (189 mg/ml).
Water for injections, sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment and concentrated phosphoric acid for pH adjustment.
