Optifer F 60 Tablets

It helps to increase iron levels in people who are iron deficient. Iron deficiency is a common condition that can cause fatigue, weakness, and shortness of breath and reduces risk of anemia.

Active ingredients:

Iron 18 mg.
Folic Acid 400 mcg.
Vitamin C 75 mg.
B12 100 mcg.
Zinc 4 mg.
Vitamin B6 5 mg.

How to use:

Used once daily or as prescribed.
Take it on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after eating.
Do not take it with dairy products, coffee, or tea, as these can interfere with iron absorption.
Do not take it with calcium supplements, separate between Iron and calcium supplement two hours.
