PIC Solution Ice Bag 28 cm is a reusable cold therapy bag designed to provide effective localized cold treatment for pain relief and swelling reduction. Fill the ice bag with ice cubes, crushed ice, or cold water up to approximately two-thirds full. Securely tighten the cap to prevent leakage. Apply the bag to the affected area for 15–20 minutes at a time, placing a thin cloth between the bag and the skin if necessary. Empty, clean, and dry the bag thoroughly after use.
Cold therapy is widely recommended to help reduce pain, inflammation, and swelling following acute injuries. Applying cold shortly after injury may help minimize tissue damage and provide temporary pain relief.
