Atacand Plus 16/12.5 mg 28 Tablets is a medication used for treating hypertension and heart failure. It works by selectively binding to AT1 receptors, resulting in vasodilation and inhibition of aldosterone. Additionally, it contains Hydrochlorothiazide, a Thiazide diuretic that decreases the reabsorption of sodium and increases the excretion of Na and Cl, thus effectively lowering blood pressure.
